  • Practice a positive mental attitude - give yourself credit for every step you take along the road to better health
  • Become more aware of all of the ingredients in everything that you eat
  • Reduce your intake of refined foods and begin to eat more simple, unpackaged, unrefined, whole foods
  • Increase your organically grown food selections
  • Drink more water (filtered and boiled)
  • Eat more raw fruits and vegetables
  • Steam, poach, bake or broil your cooked foods
  • Chose fresh fruits instead of processed and sugary foods when you crave sweets
  • Reduce your intake of all sources of caffeine and other stimulants
