The ReCleanse Meal Plan and Food Guide provides you with a wide array of delicious and wholesome food choices. You will experience greater benefits from your ReCleanse® when you eat whole, natural foods selected from the ReCleanse Guide.

As best you can, follow the ReCleanse® Meal Plan, selecting your food choices from the ReCleanse® Food Guide. Suggested serving sizes are calculated according to the average, normal weight of a 68 kg (150 lb) adult with a total caloric intake of approximately 1750 calories per day. To minimize or maximize weight loss that naturally occurs with the use of ReCleanse® Herbal Cleanse, you can adjust your serving sizes according to your ideal body weight.

ReCleanse® Meal Plan - Every Day For 7-Days:

On Rising:
1 glass (250 ml) water* with juice of 1/2 lemon with 2 colon cleansing formula capsules.

Breakfast:
1 glass water* with 2 multi-systems cleansing capsules
1 serving fruit
2 servings whole grains
1 serving fats & oils OR nuts & seeds

Between breakfast and mid-morning snack, drink a glass of water*

Mid-Morning Snack:
1 glass water*
1 serving fruit

Before lunch, drink a glass of water*.

Lunch:
1 glass water*
2-3 servings vegetables
1 serving whole grains
1 serving fats & oils
1 serving proteins

Between lunch and mid-afternoon snack, drink a glass of water*.

Mid-Afternoon Snack:
1 glass water*
1 serving fruit
1 serving vegetable

Before dinner, drink a glass of water* with 2 colon cleansing formula capsules

Dinner (before 7 PM):
1 glass water* with 2 multi-systems cleansing formula capsules.
2 servings vegetables
1 serving whole grains
1 serving proteins
1-2 servings fats & oils OR nuts & seeds
