Salad Dressings

Fred & Ginger

Ingredients:
2 Avocados
2 Tomatoes
2 oz Ginger Root
Sea Salt, to taste

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until creamy.

Variations/Recommendations
This tangy ginger root will have you dancing!

Lemon & Herbs

Ingredients:
2 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp. Tarragon
1/2 tsp. Oregano
1/2 tsp. Lemon Herbs Seasoning
3 tsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 Tbs. Orange Juice, fresh squeezed

Method:
Mix ingredients and pour over a green salad.

Variations/Recommendations
This can be spiced up with fresh mustard or ginger.

Cucumber Blend

Ingredients:
1 Cucumber
1/4 Onion
2 tsp. Olive Oil
1 Tbs. Orange Juice, fresh squeezed
2 tsp. Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed

Method:
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Chill mixture and serve cold over spinach or fresh green salad.

This can also be used as a dip for celery or carrot sticks
