Nut Milk Recipes
Ingredients:
1/4 cup Nuts or Seeds, raw shelled (i.e. almonds, sunflower
seeds, sesame seeds)
1 cup Purified Water
1/4
tsp. Pure Vanilla Extract
Method:
Pour 1 cup filtered water in blender. Add nuts or seeds, and
vanilla extract. Blend on med-high speed for 60 seconds or
until light and frothy. Pour through sieve or strainer. (Save
the pulp/ fiber for adding to muffin batter, bread dough,
porridge or soup base.)
Very rich in protein, calcium, magnesium and other nutrients.
Variations/Recommendations
Use on porridge or simply drink as a beverage.
