Spring Cleaning Enzyme Soup

8 cups Water
2 cups Fresh Nettle Tops
1 cup Fresh Watercress Leaves
1/2 cup Fresh Dandelion Leaves
1 large Onion, minced
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Carrots, diced
2 Turnips, diced
3 Tbs. Miso Paste
1 cup Sunflower Sprouts

Simmer washed chopped greens: nettle tops, watercress leaves, dandelion leaves, in pot with 2 cups water. Saute minced onion in olive oil. Add carrots, turnips, miso paste and 6 cups water. Simmer 30 minutes. Add sunflower sprouts.
