Vegetable Soup

Creamy Vegetable Soup

2 Tomatoes, chopped
2 Carrots, chopped
2 Celery Sticks, chopped
1 Cauliflower, chopped
2 Onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. Black Pepper
2 Tbs. Parsley, chopped
2 pints Vegetable Stock
1 tsp. Olive Oil

Add all ingredients into a blender until completely smooth.

This recipe can be served chilled or lightly heated. Raw foods contain many enzymes that aid digestion.
